Mask Refusal: What's the deal?

As the world finds itself in the midst of a second wave of Covid-19 infections, British Columbia announced a new mandatory mask policy for all indoor public spaces. While most have complied, there have been several incidents of 'anti-mask' sentiment, aggression, and even violence.
