Fees

 

Psychological service fees vary depending on the length and nature of services rendered, and all fees are set in accordance with provincial guidelines suggested for the profession. You will be notified of your fee prior to your first appointment.

 

Payment Methods

 

Payments by cash, cheque, debit, and email money transfer are accepted and clients pay prior to each session.

Insurance

 

Note that fees for private psychological services are not covered by our provincial health plan (MSP). Formal receipts are provided for all payments and are often required to obtain coverage from an insurance/extended health benefits plan. Prior to your first appointment, it may be beneficial to consult with your provider to determine your level of coverage.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment time, simply notify Dr. Keating 24 business hours in advance. This policy is intended to allow your appointment time to be offered to another individual. A fee will be charged for appointments cancelled/missed without the required 24 business hours notice.

 

Note. Dr. Keating recognizes that sometimes there are circumstances that are out of your control (e.g., illness, family emergency, etc.). She may make an exception to the above policy in those rare occasions.
